In
early 2013, this region couldn't even manage to afford clean water,
access to education and even some families were having their kids not
going to school due to the afflicts of poverty and the state of their
region was terrifying. A
man in the village who was known for his kind attributes and ambitious
character, one day through the days when the family couldn't make ends
meet, but through the conviction and Gods’interventions, woke up early
and told the community that it's time to mitigate the unfriended
limitations.
Captivate
has now become a central hub for excellence. While only Wiser Girls
could be available in the entire zone, to the community and people
living in the interior positions, accessing Wiser was just like pulling
Mt.Everest to fall using raw guts.
This
challenged everyone, thereafter, through the mercies and grace of the
LORD, Shadrack Were shared these envisioned ideas with the team from
Baltimore MD and Paradise Community partners.
Through this, Pastor Tally Wilgis
and his enthusiastic appeal to proper education, water, shelter, food
and co-curricular activities, they started a one 'Mabati' structure
symbolizing a school and pupils were gathering there some under the tree
which Mzee Johnana Were left as a memorabilia of events and crusades.
Day
by day, the way pupils were suffering in other amenities touched the
heart of these welwishers and they came up with an ideal situation to
set up modern classroom buildings, which have now gotten a renaissance
in the hearts of Muhuru region, marking the first ever private school to
offer food and education for free in the entire region with the best
number of teaching staffs to help the pupils/students.
“These
classrooms and office will help the pupils and teachers in upscaling
the standards of education and other training methods from the previous
record-breaking performance to a world-class achievement.” said Shadrack Were
